DESCRIPTION:  
The hp U320 Storage Controller BIOS has been upgraded to fix issues discovered following the release of 5.05.10.  Your controller FW should also be at version 1.03.06 prior to this BIOS upgrade.


Enhancements/Fixes:  One Button Disaster Recovery (OBDR) functionality support for HP tape drives.

HOW TO USE:
1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
    to that directory.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the softpaq.  The softpaq 
will automatically extract the files to the current directory.

3.  You may now delete the softpaq from your hard drive.

4.  Copy the resultant files and directories to a diskette 


INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The SoftPaq file that is downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a file name based on the SoftPaq Number.  

 
Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. Press the Space Bar to confirm the unpacking of files into the download directory.  

 
After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the downloaded self-extracting SoftPaq file.  

 
DO NOT run this program from a hard disk, a DOS Window, a DOS Shell, in NT 32-bit mode, or with EMM386.exe active.  

 
Copy the expanded files to a bootable DOS floppy diskette. Boot your system from the DOS bootable floppy diskette. 

Type ' INSTALL.BAT ' from the ' A:\ ' DOS prompt. 

Reboot the system when prompted.
