DESCRIPTION: |
This package creates files that contain a binary image for the System BIOS (ROM) for the listed notebook models with a 68DTH Family ROM. This package is used to flash the System ROM on target notebooks in a network. It requires System Software Manager (SSM). IMPORTANT: Before installing this F.0E BIOS upgrade, the following drivers must be downloaded and installed on the notebook (look for them on the HP Software and Drivers website): - "HP Wireless Assistant" version 2.00 or later - "Quick Launch Buttons" version 6.20 or later NOTE: To determine the ROM family and ROM date, press F10 on the target notebook during startup to run the Setup Utility, and then view File/System Information. |

HOW TO USE: |
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE COMPUTER WHILE PERFORMING THE PROCEDURE THAT FOLLOWS! NOTE: To flash the System BIOS on a target notebook in a network, the System BIOS image must be used with remote managment software, such as SSM. 1.
