Some Drivers and Utilities media contain resources for more than one type of Dell™ computer system. The "My System" feature enables the media to automatically detect the hardware and operating system installed on your computer.
When you select the My System option, a scan of your system hardware is performed, and a list of software, utilities, and device drivers that best match your system configuration displays. A checkmark displays beside the hardware installed on your system and lists the appropriate drivers.
If a reinstallation is required, click the item in the list. In some cases, multiple driver options may display. Choose the most appropriate driver for your system.
