Diagnostics 

To locate diagnostics for detecting specific problems with your computer:

1. In the Search Criteria section, select the system model and operating system for your computer.
2. Select Diagnostics in the Topic drop-down list. The list of available diagnostics displays on the screen.
3. Click the diagnostic that matches the peripheral device or hardware installed in your computer. 
4. Follow the step-by-step instructions displayed on the screen.
